LunarBid

A product by NWEE

Win more freelance bids with AI. Paste a job post: LunarBid works out what the client needs and drafts a tailored proposal from the experience you have actually listed.

Illustration of LunarBid’s Job Analyzer. For a job post about redesigning a driver app, it shows a match score of 86, four key requirements, one red flag about the unstated budget, two winning angles, a suggested friendly tone of medium length, and an estimated budget range.

Why we built it.

Freelancers and agencies lose hours on every proposal, and generic templates rarely win competitive bids. The slow part is not the typing. It is reading the brief closely, spotting what the client really needs, and deciding whether the job is worth pursuing at all.

LunarBid does that preparation first. Its Job Analyzer turns a job post into a clear picture: what matters, what is risky and how well it fits your profile. Only then does it help draft the proposal, which you review before anything is sent.

It is also where NWEE proves its own engineering: the AI, security and bilingual design we build for clients run here every day.

How it works.

From a pasted job post to a proposal the client can open, in four steps.

01

Paste the job post

From Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com or any client brief.

02

Analyze it

The Job Analyzer finds the real requirements, the client’s pain points, red flags and how well the job fits your profile.

03

Generate the proposal

Choose a formal, friendly or persuasive tone and a length. LunarBid drafts a proposal tailored to that job.

04

Review, export and share

Edit before sending, export to PDF, Word, text or Markdown, or share a private link the client can open.

What’s inside.

  • Job Analyzer

Key requirements, the client’s real needs, red flags, angles to stand out and an estimated budget range, plus a match score once your profile is filled in.

  • Drafts from your real profile

Proposals mention only the experience and skills you have entered. Nothing is invented, and fallback templates are clearly labelled.

  • Tone and length control

Formal, friendly or persuasive; short, medium or detailed.

  • Edit, save and send

Edit the draft like a document, save it, and email it to the client with replies going straight to you.

  • Client profiles

Save clients with their preferred tone and length, then start proposals from them.

  • Rate calculator

Turn hours, rate, complexity, revisions, rush and the platform fee into a quote, with every adjustment shown.

  • Export and share

PDF, Word, text and Markdown exports, and share links you can revoke at any time.

  • Win-rate analytics

Mark proposals won or lost to see your win rate, results by tone, the monthly trend and client response times.

  • Custom branding

Your logo, company details and colour on every proposal you share.

Plans: Free, Starter, Pro. A free plan is included. Pricing will be published at launch.

Intelligence and security, in practice.

The same engineering we bring to every client project. If you want these qualities in your own software, this is what they look like.

  • Resilient AI layer

Requests are routed across five model providers, with automatic fallback if one is slow or unavailable.

  • Structured AI output

The analyzer returns validated, structured data, so every result renders reliably instead of as loose text.

  • Secure accounts

Hashed passwords, email confirmation, revocable sessions, secure password reset and optional Google or GitHub sign-in.

  • Server-side plan limits

Plan features and usage limits are enforced by the server, not just hidden in the interface.

  • Many services, one product

Five AI providers, transactional email and object storage, integrated behind a single API.

  • Fully bilingual

Every screen is available in English and French.
